Behind the scenes: how was a sneak preview of Konekt made?

To bring this story to life, we have taken great care from the very beginning to show the essence of our project in the highest possible quality. Why was it important to prepare a taste?

Financing independent films is a challenge, as it requires funding without public support and without the financial backing of big studios. That’s why we decided to show the world of Konekt with a spectacular and emotional trailer to help convince funders and audiences of the importance of the project.

The preview not only gives a brief glimpse into the mood of the film, but also shows the visual and emotional depths that viewers can expect to see in the finished work. The aim was to grab the audience from the very first moment and to arouse their interest in the story.

Behind the scenes of the shoot

The filming of the trailer took place during an intensive, multi-day process. Each scene was carefully planned to make the most of the resources available to us. Every member of the team, from the actors to the technical crew, worked with total dedication to bring the world of the film to life in the trailer.

One of the most important elements of the film is the character of the protagonist, Eszter, played by Sára Schmidt. Sára has thrown herself into the role with great dedication. The portrayal of emotions was key, as the subject of the film is deeply human and personal.

In terms of lighting and camera movements, we tried to create a cinematic atmosphere to capture the most exciting scenes visually. The film’s cinematographer, Krisztián Maráczi, brought the latest digital techniques to the set to make every frame of the film special. We used Red Komodo during the shoot.
